This is my most favorite Thanksgiving dish!! I love, love, love sweet potatoes with melted marshmallows and brown sugar all over them!! My mom makes the absolute best one's out there. I have tired to measure up, but to no avail....
This is my next most favorite dish, well Carb anyway. I love bread...year around actually...this year we ate our rolls after we ate everything else, they cooked too slow, but it was a nice end to our meal...
All in all our day was great. The kids hung out with grandma, and we got her to play a great game with us called "Apples to Apples", she came in second place...right on!! I pray everyone of you had a great day with family and food. It is a great day to reflect on the things that we are thankful for, something that we should do daily really...God is so good to us. The amazing sun rises we get, the beautiful moon that sits in the sky at night, there is no denying there is someone soooo much bigger than us out there, and I am so thankful that He is my savior!

Yes, our Thanksgiving was wonderful-of course there is always SOMETHING that gets me going. Thankfully you, Miss Shaina figured it out early in the day. I just keep saying, as Gramma Baker used to tell me"this too shall pass" and it always does. Thank you so much for coming to my house. I was so happy to have you. The game was fun, until we all jumped to clean up a spill. I still think if we had played more, I WOULD HAVE WON!!! Oh, do you have a "new" cake pan?? love you!!
Yea, actually my "new cake pan" still has bread in it...now I just have an excuse to come back down and deliver it...;) Not that an excuse is needed I know!!! xoxoxoxo,
I want a rematch on the game by the way...I think the judges were delirious from turkey and stuffing!!!
