Ok, we have posted pictures of Cosmo before, but this time it is different....
Say hello to the newest member of our family. He is 11 weeks old, and we love him. My friend Charlotte saved Cosmo from being euthanized when he was just 2 weeks old. She had to tube feed him, he has a cleft palate, and he couldn't suckle on him mom!! Soo anyway Charlotte is going away to school in February and she needed a family to take care of him and love him. Jason at first was very adamant about "no more animals"...then he softened. Realizing that Cosmo is a Lab and Lab's love to hunt...well retreive anyway...sooo with Jason too having a heart for hunting, we now have a new dog.
Yesterday we did a scavenger hunt for the kids to find clues to figure out what their Christmas gift was...they had to buy a small shovel, an american decorated Christmas tree ornament, a loaf of bread to feed the ducks with, black licorice and glow in the dark stars!! They are relate to the dog of course...He is an american Lab, he is black, he will hunt with the boys for ducks and the shovel, well that is for his big loads of poop that the kids are going to have to pick up everyday!!!
They got to have him early because Charlotte's step mom is done having the dog in her house, and we wanted them to get some training in before they go to their dad's for Christmas on the 21st of December...
So there you have it, the Pardue's are crazy...they added to their family, at least I am not pregnant!!! Whew!

aaaahhhhhh!!!! that's soooo exciting. even though i already knew but i didn't know they were going to get him so early. but that's awesome. awww i wanna come over. he's sooo cute. until he's like too big to be cute. lol. =] i hope you guys have a blast with him.
You are crazy...but hey...its a good crazy. He is so lucky to now be an official member of the pardue family. Cosmo Pardue...sounds like a perfect fit. Im so happy for you guys...what a great life for Cosmo!

Anyway, congrats on your new addition! He is adorable! I am sure your family will have loads of fun with him. Black labs are awesome....remember my mom's Lady? She was such a wonderful dog!

It is really good to hear from you too! I miss you Shaina! You and your family all look so good and happy! Your kids are beautiful and getting so big! My little one, Aaron, is doing great. He is so much fun. I am really enjoying him and cherishing every moment, especially because I know he is my last! He's growing up too fast...will be 9 months in another couple of weeks! Crazy!
How are you? What made Gary and Amber move to Texas? How is your nephew Ryan doing? Still in Hesperia? And Sandy and her family? And your sister Donna? I am keeping them in my prayers.
